About the Breed &
Why are Rotties Surrendered?
Diesel Diesel is a 3 year old male rottweiler that came into our organization when his owners surrendered him to the local SPCA. Diesel didn't have the best start in life, but he is more than making up for it now! Diesel was adopted by a great family in Northern Alberta and he is enjoying the multiple walks each day and the unlimited amount of toys they buy for him!
Ramona Ramona is a 6 year old female rottweiler that was returned back to SARR when her owners could no longer care for her. Ramona was adopted by a great family in Northern Alberta and is enjoying her days hanging out with her two other rottie siblings!
Rosie Rosie is a 5 year old female rottweiler that was transferred to SARR from a local SPCA when her owners decided to surrender her because they didn't have time for her (they only had her for one week!) Rosie was adopted by a great family in Northern Alberta and is enjoying her new digs and her new family!
Radar is a 2 year old male rottweiler that was transferred to SARR from an SPCA in Saskatchewan. We were thrilled when Radar found his forever home with a Southern Alberta family, complete with teenagers and pre-teens to adore!
Dylan is a 1 1/2 year old smaller male rottweiler that was transferred to SARR from the local pound. Dylan has found his forever home, with past SARR dog "Leroy" and his family. Hooray for Dylan!.
Lucy Lucy is a 4 year old female rottweiler cross that was transferred to SARR from a pound in Southern Alberta when her time was up. After spending months in a pound and being a stray before that; Lucy was thrilled when she was adopted by a fantastic family that loves to take her for walks and spoil her rotten!
