Hercules - Hercules is a 1.5 year old rottie surrendered by his owner because they were moving to no-pet housing. Herc is a sweet boy that gets along with everything - cats, dog, children - everything and everyone he encounters!!  Luckily, Hercules was adopted into a great home and his new family is spoiling him – even taking him to work sometimes!

CarsonCarson is a 3 year old male rottie transferred to SARR from an SPCA in Southern Alberta.  Carson was abandoned in a building before the SPCA seized him.  He was moved to a temporary foster situation that fell in love with him instantly – therefore they decided to adopt him!  Carson (now named Louis) is living a great life with a rottie sibling and a few cats to play with!

Georgia Georgia is a 3 years old female rottie transferred to SARR from an SPCA in Southern Alberta.  Georgia was seized from her previous owners due to poor living conditions. Georgia has also had a rough start – she spent all her time outside in the backyard and didn’t receive much attention.  Georgia has a previous leg injury that we have been working with therapists to heal and she is now finishing up her rehabilitation and therapy.  But the old injury doesn’t slow her down at all!  She is full of energy and life and is looking for a home to further her training and socialization.  She loves going for walks and car rides and is good with the other dogs and cats in her foster home.  Most of all, she likes to give lots of kisses.

Archie – Archie is a 1.5 year old rottie cross that came into rescue as a transfer from a local SPCA.  We are happy to report Archie was adopted by a great family and he is now enjoying his time going for walks, playing ball, hanging out with the entire family and even being dressed up in a tutu!!

Bentley - Bentley is a 4 year old lab rottie cross that came into rescue after his owner could no longer care for him.  We were thrilled when Bentley was adopted by a family with previous `lab` experience and is now having a great time playing ball, checking out the creek on their property and hanging out with the family!

Jackson – Jackson is a 1.5 year old rottie cross that came into rescue after being surrendered to a local shelter because his owner was moving and couldn’t keep him.  Jackson is a high energy dog that LOVES to play with other dogs.  He thinks that cats, kids and toys are fun to play with too!  Jackson needs a home that is willing to work on his training and that has the time to help him burn off his energy.   Jackson has tons of potential but needs to have someone that can help channel it in the right direction.   When he isn’t trying to play with everything he sees and everyone he meets, he loves to cuddle up next to someone for rest time.  After spending a long time in foster care, we were thrilled when Jackson found his forever home and is now enjoying going for walks and playing ball with his new family.

Morgan - Morgan is an 8 month old rottie that came into rescue because her owner could no longer care for her.  Morgan required a special home that could work with her on the life experiences she missed out on as a young dog and we are happy to report she found that home with a past SARR adopter and she now has a big rottie brother to play with too!

Reggie – Reggie is a 5-6 year old rottie that came into rescue after being seized by the SPCA due to poor living conditions.  We are thrilled to report that after waiting a long time for the right family, Reggie was adopted by a great couple that loves his goofy nature and he is enjoying being the center of attention in their family!  Congrats Reggie!

Hudson - Hudson is an 8 month old rottweiler which was dumped on the side of Highway 2 in Alberta by his previous owners when they couldn’t care for his medical condition.   After spending extensive time in rescue and veterinary clinics to determine the best course of treatment, we are thrilled to report Hudson was adopted by a staff member of one of the veterinary clinics.  He is now enjoying life with his two canine siblings and we know he is in a home which can provide the means for him to thrive despite his expected lifelong medical hurdles.   Great job Hudson!

Sampson - Sampson is a 5 year old rottweiler which was surrounded by his owners when they were unable to care for him.   Sampson is a large, happy boy that loves everyone and everything and we are happy to report he has been adopted by a great family where he gets to be the center of attention!  He loves going for walks with his new family and hanging out on his dog bed afterwards.   Congrats Sampson!

Bronx - Bronx is a 3 year old male that was surrendered to a rural SPCA because his owner was moving and unable to take him.   Bronx is now living the good life in his adoptive home with his canine sibling, feline sibling and even a bird to watch (he’s actually a bit scared of the bird!).   Great job Bronx!

Gypsy - Gypsy is a 4 year old female that was surrendered to the local SPCA because her owner was unable to care for her.   Gypsy is now happy and healthy in her adoptive home with her rottie brother who loves to play with her and share his toys with her.  Congrats Gypsy!

Mojo - Mojo is a 2.5 year old male that was surrendered to a rural SPCA when his owner became seriously ill and was unable to care for him.  Mojo now spends his days going to walks with his adoptive family – every day is an adventure for Mojo!  Way to go!

Lola - Lola, a 3 year old rottweiler cross, came into SARR after her time was up in a local shelter.  We are happy to report Lola has found a fabulous life with a family that dotes on her and gives her lots of attention and walks!  Congrats Lola!
