Adoption Information

If you're interested in adopting a Rottweiler from SARR, please complete the attached form (Microsoft word format or Adobe Acrobat format) and return it via email to adoptions@albertarottweilers.com, or by fax to 403-230-2747. Only complete adoption forms will be considered by our Adoptions Review Committee. We do limited long distance adoptions, but they take a bit longer. Home checks and vet/landlord/personal reference checks are done for each successful adoption, no exceptions!

All of our dogs are microchipped, vaccinated and sterilized before going to their forever homes. Adoption fees are $200 for dogs over 6 months of age and $250 for dogs under 6 months of age - of which we don't receive many!

Fostering Information

Our organization would not be possible without the dedication of our foster homes. Foster dogs spend an average of 3 months with their foster family and are encouraged to be fully embedded into family life so we are able to tell the future forever homes both the good, and bad, habits of the dog. Food and vet costs are fully covered.
